My Poem 'Alive Forevermore!'

 

Alive forevermore,

Christ has overcome!

All our sins He bore,

Christ the Risen One.

 

Jesus is victorious,

And death, where is your sting?

For triumphant and so glorious

Is Christ, our Risen King!

 

He tore the veil that kept us

Bound in sin and shame;

And with His blood He purchased 

A people known by a new name.

 

He calls us loved and chosen,

Forgiven and set free!

The word that God has spoken,

Is Christ has ransomed me.
